The hotel is located near a waterpark, which could be interesting for families with kids. the restaurant serves top-class food. the rooms are outdated and basic. the bathroom lacks proper amenities and doesn't have hot water. the service is not polite, and there is a lack of communication between the staff and guests. the breakfast is very basic and doesn't have many options. Although the hotel has a pool, half of its facilities were not available or working, and the beds were uncomfortable.
The reception staff is not nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is perfect, as it is just a short walk away from a wonderful waterpark. This made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy some fun-filled water activities. The service was top-notch, and we were impressed with the prompt room service. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room amenities were excellent and exceeded our expectations. From ironing facilities to a well-stocked mini-bar, everything we needed was provided. We especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace with the comfortable garden furniture, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel even provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and an alarm clock. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added a touch of luxury to our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy transportation access and walking distance to the waterpark. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great service. Moreover, the hotel facilities were top-class, offering parking, an on-site restaurant with delicious breakfast, and impeccable cleanliness.

Had a great time this Easter! the restaurant was definitely the best part - we ended up eating there every night because the food was that good. the location was also perfect - right by the beach and close to some cute cafes and shops.
There were some downsides. the reception staff were a bit surly and didn't communicate well, which was frustrating.

This hotel offered us a great start to the new year! The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to nearby attractions. The top-class food from the restaurant was definitely one of the best aspects of our stay, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of our room, which was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Sadly, there were some negative aspects that we experienced during our stay. The reception staff could have been more polite and better in communication.
